UK orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at Unit 14B, Salford Quays Trading Estate, 45 Dock Street, Salford, Greater Manchester, M50 3XF. Contact: support@getriden.com · +44 7411 561594. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
30-day returns. You may return an eligible product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in as-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and protective materials included. Items that show use or wear, have damage caused after delivery, or are missing parts may be refused or have the refund reduced to reflect the loss in value.
How to start a return. Email support@getriden.com with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return shipping costs. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we cover the cost of return and issue a full refund including the original delivery charge. For any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping. Because e-bikes and scooters are large items, we will advise the best return method when you contact us.
Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank, card refunds can take a few additional business days to appear.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty. Products are covered by a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects: 12 months on electric scooters and mobility scooters, and 24 months on electric bikes. The warranty does not cover normal wear items (such as tyres and brake pads) or damage from misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorised modification.
Your statutory rights. If you are in the UK, EU or EEA you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day window above. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
